Orders, Shipping & Return Policy


Order Lead Time

All items are made to order, and will ship within 1-3 weeks unless otherwise specified. We will email you with tracking information once your order has been sent.

If your order is a rush, please Contact Us at chat@maidor.com , and we will do our best to prioritize your order.


We offer free shipping to Canada via Canada Post. Signature is required upon delivery.

Maidor is not responsible for late delivery of packages due to the customer not being available for signature upon arrival, or due to any unforeseen weather or technical issue within the shipping company.

If your package is sent back to Maidor for any reason, you will be subject to paying for the return shipping of your order.

International Orders

Please note the following conditions apply to international orders:

Maidor does not charge taxes on orders shipped outside of Canada.

All orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to local taxes and custom duties upon delivery.

Maidor is not responsible for delayed delivery of packages due to customs issues when shipping internationally.

All costs incurred on a refused delivery because of high custom or brokerage fees, duties, taxes or restrictions imposed by the country of destination are the responsibility of the purchaser.


Our returns policy lasts 14 days. If you request to return an item after 14 days have passed upon reception of your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, please email chat@maidor.com within 14 days of receiving your item. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and sent with the invoice. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange if we believe the items are intentionally damaged or misused. Items that are engraved, soldered, altered, customized, or on sale cannot be credited.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card.

We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need an exchange for the same items, please email us at chat@maidor.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
